• Managing site work and dealing with daily problems professionally
• Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging with project stakeholders,
including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and
regulatory authorities, to ensure their requirements and expectations are
understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Building and leading a project team, assigning roles and
responsibilities, providing direction and guidance, and fostering a collaborative
and productive working environment.
• Budget Management: Estimating project costs, developing budgets, tracking
expenses, and ensuring effective cost
control measures are in place to keep the project within budgetary constraints.
• calculating quantities for work completed on site and preparing the necessary
papers to extract the invoice .
• follow up on the progress of work hand over to the consultant, ensure the
consultants approval the work that has been completed, and lead the crew to avoid
any errors .

• Order all the site requirements (materials, tools, equipment, … etc).
