My main function is to assist the Director of IT & Finance by leading strategic business projects and programs.
Provide tactical and strategic input under the direction of Amreli Steels IT Director towards Amreli Steels current and future business applications.
Identify how to exploit the current systems and more importantly given the forward agenda determine what is needed to support the business for the future.
Implementation of Financials (GL, AP, AR)

Created and maintained an ERP Service Catalogue and a Change & Release management process.
Created and maintained an ERP Configuration Management System.
Created and managed the event, incident, problem and access management processes.
Enabled effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery and support of IT services.
Training to Accounts, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchase and Logistics departments.
Maintenance of other customizations within ERP Suit.
Performed a conversion of data from a legacy system to Oracle. Built a custom ETL Tool (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading tool)
Implemented a full range of IT Services from off-shore development, to outsourced data center, multi-lingual Service Desk and local application support team.
Recruited and managed a team of eight Oracle application support analysts (internal / external) to provide 2nd level support to 1, 500 users across Health management, supply chain, finance and account receivable.

Created and maintained an ERP Configuration Management System.
Controlled IT systems with significant impact to corporate revenue stream, including a network of 80+ interfaces connected to the ERP system.

Trade offer monitoring on daily basis as per brands, SKU’s, district and town levels.
