Research Assistant responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews;
- Collect and analyze data, conduct the experiments;
- Prepare research plans and built an experimental designs;
- Working with laboratory equipment and microscopy facilities;
- Analyze collected data and compare with known literature sources;
- Build reports and prepare presentations for sponsoring companies;
- Provide an assessment for all experimental data for the faculty researcher and/or supervisor;
- Request or acquire equipment or supplies necessary for the project;
- Manage and respond to project related email;
- Supervise undergraduate students working on the research project;
- Attend project meetings seminars and other meetings as necessary;
- Summarize project results;
- Prepare other articles, reports, and presentations for funding agencies.
