• Acquire in-depth product knowledge as products expand over time and keep current on products development that may have implications in the market. • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to ensure the product information, timelines, essential launch information is communicated for effective sales training, product positioning, and customer promotion. • Organize regular segment meetings to monitor progress with Product Management, R&D, Technical Services, Sales, and Marketing to establish product approvals and processes. • Develop and define programs for the segment and drive action by collaboratively working with a network of peers across the matrixed organization (finance, product experts, marketing, sales, pricing, training). • Identify opportunities, develop strategies, value proposition, product positioning, and marketing programs to differentiate the segment from the competition and drive revenue growth across GCC. • Enhance relationships with applicators, distributers, main contractors, and developers to increase market share and secure mega projects. • Direct and evaluate team members’ performance.
