In charge of opening & handling investment accounts for investors & depositors including:
• Buying & Selling foreign currencies, gold, oil & stocks
- Gap Analysis:
Assess the current situation of CSC in light of
• Kuwait strategic plan, CSC Objectives, Divisions Objectives & Departments Objectives
• Reviewing Organization and management structure
• The competence manual,
• policies and procedures,
• Job descriptions, objectives, and meetings with the Divisions Head, Departments Heads to assess the work flow
- Develop Balance Scorecards
- Update policies and procedures
- Develop Authority Matrix
- Update job descriptions
- Update objectives
- Develop KPIs on strategic level, tactical level & Operational level
- Provide on job training for the employees
- Conduct audit rounds to monitor the performance
