Responsible for achieving International Baccalaureate (IB) standards in teaching the Business Management curriculum (HR, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Production)
Assessing and reporting on student development and progress including GPA score
Fostering employment skills and promoting employability throughout the curriculum
Aiding innovation by conducting the (Innovation and entrepreneurship program) where students provide business plans to promote new cutting edge sustainable businesses
• Monitoring the daily progress of the African Startup Initiative Program (ASIP)
• Providing detailed updates and reports to the manager and stakeholders (Board members)
• Supporting the implementation of the different phases in the Proof of Concepts (POC)

• Ensuring that all logistics, resources, supplies are readily available for the team in Africa
• Performing necessary procurement activities as per project requirements
• Performing necessary social media updates
• Traveling and participate in ASIP-related events and networking opportunities in Senegal,
Nigeria, Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa.
• Organized & conducted purchases, deliveries & communication with vendors
• Acted as a focal point for interaction with clients, contractors & service providers
• Drafted service contracts, purchase orders & completed required modifications on a
quarterly basis
• Organized the logistics of deliveries, installations, testing, travel & meetings
• Managed the movement of drivers and technicians & ensured proper documentation is
done
• Conducting research experiments and analyzing data
• Assisting professors and departments with various administrative tasks
