Implementation, management, review analysis and administration of the electronic document management system within and outside the group.
Preparation of letter correspondence, minutes of meetings, document transmittal's cover pages, material submittal cover sheets and method statement cover sheets.
To maintain daily attendance of the workers
Ensure that all documents are issued with the transmittal system.
Register, log, distribute, track, issue, maintain and control office and site project documents and drawings.
Coordinate the activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents, tracking and reporting on document review progress.
Maintain document logs for correspondence, material approval submittals, shop drawing, RFI (incoming & outgoing).
Supervising checking counters and other passenger operations areas.
Assists Duty Airport Manager with Airport/Airline emergency procedures as published in the relevant manuals
Co-ordinate the all team members.
Coordinator cum Document controller, Admin cum Account Assistant & Data entry operator.
Have experienced on job training to new personnel.
Preparing staff allocation.
Checks in Passengers and baggage, using manual and computer systems in accordance with airline procedures, and in compliance with DFT, IATA and CAA Directives.
Passenger handling while boarding and disembarking.
Assists Duty Airport Manager with Airport/Airline emergency procedures as published in the relevant manuals
Has successfully completed the Aviation Security Awareness Programme conducted by Cochin International Airport Ltd
Passenger handling while boarding and disembarking.
Guide passengers to clear immigration & customs check.
Person in charge for collecting arrival documents, file it with Immigration Office and Customs Office.
Regular floor walks done to guide and assist passengers with airport formalities.
