I am the MEP Project Manager, Responsible to Manage the Execution of MEP Scope, Leasing with Client (USACE) and Main Contractor (AICC) coordination meetings, Red Zone Meetings,
Responsible for Time frame, Cash flow, Invoicing management, Claims, VO's, all Related contractors manpower, resourcing I have almost finished the scope for Ready buildings, in the Stage of T&C
Responsible of all Mechanical construction works in Al Moosa Specialized Hospital - North Tower
• Managing project administration.
• Review the Project contractual requirements.
• Conduct periodical meeting with appointed departments to obtain an appropriate planning, monitoring and updating the project execution reports stage by stage through end to end schedule to ensure that work neither overlooked nor duplicated.
• Preparing follow-ups on action recommendations
• Prepare deviation reports, change orders while managing the project’s risk including the development of contingency plans.
• Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action
• Liaison with appointed client’s representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity are within the project requirements.
• Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
• Identifying, obtaining support and advice required actions for the management, planning to control the project.
• Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed compiled as project’s lesson learned report
• Participate in establishing the MEP Division Processes & work flow, Job descriptions, in addition to the Look ahead Capability improvement plans.
• Working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations.
• Supervising on-site construction activities and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and Monitor Deliverables of projects.
(I have successfully submitted near 150 proposals - Total Value (1.7+) Billion SR)
• I managed Tendering engineers to estimate projects costs, for MEP scope.
• Deep study of technical documents and drawings, to make sure proposals are accurate.
• Contribution in developing Templates and Sheets for Price analysis (involving; Materials, Accessories, Labor, Handling, site mobilization, etc.).
• Preparing Data Base sheets for Material Prices (Updated).
• Keeping record for projects awarded, and Monitoring lost projects (with justification of loss).
Design Manager
My work Involves:
• Managing CAD designers for the preparation of design drawings.
• Supervising & Guiding Department engineers to successfully produce required Drawings, Technical Submittals, calculations, design checking, .
• Coordinating with related stakeholders including; other team members, clients, Procurement, consultants, local authorities
• Improving the dept. team using more responsibility strategy and more Delegation.
• I have been managing Execution of All MEP Disciplines includes (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Refrigeration, All Mechanical Works like Dock Levelers, Washing Hoist, Petrol Station equipment's, Compressed Air system, Swimming Pools, irrigation system)
• I monitored and controlled all MEP activities, the project was completed within the schedule time with minor snags.
• Day-to-day operational aspects were managed closely.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• I Effectively managed Resources (Manpower, Equipment’s, Tools subcontractor)
Responsible for Managing the Electromechanical Dpt., Projects Study Technically & Financially, Contractors Evaluation, Pricing, Following up with all Mechanical Engineers in the Department, Evaluation Reports for their Performance. Work includes (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Refrigeration, and All Mechanical Works Related to Each Project, such as, Elevators, Escalators, Hydraulic Dock Levelers & Shelters, Sectional Doors, RO Plants, Air Compressors, and Boilers.)
