Within a Corporation Mosaico SARL, Charguia 2 as a developer / web integrator and responsible of group 06/05/2010 to 01/02/2011 and as Director Production from 01/02/2011 until current.
Our company is an Italian offshore company operating in the area of creating web sites; the task done in Tunisia is to reproduce the de prototype of the sites(.psd files ) to web site using a Polopoly CMS (Content Management System) using XHTML/HTML, CSS2/CSS3, jquery plaguin, javascript, and ensure the compatibility cross web browsers (starting with IE7, IE8, Chrome, Firfox). Am in charge to assist the web developer group composed of 40 person in their work and guarantee the quality of work and timeliness of delivery.
During this period, I was supposed to make a Web solution aimed to manage the all process of the our work in collaboration with the finance direction, also in order to monitoring the production and evaluate the results made dally (evaluation of the quality, time use in the development … ), all those process are based on some files received by mail from others software (OTRS Manager " Open Ticket Request System " and TEE PEE ( arya.sinapto.net ) .This application is based on integrating Spring Framework and the Framework hibernate / JPA for persistence layer and using MVC2 architecture model to manage the entire application(Backhand), (distribution of commissions, Customer Support Management, Order Management accounts OTRS CSS operators, account monitoring), the Front-end
web interface is made using XHTML/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, JSON, XML Jquery, JSTL tags (Java Standard Tag Library) also SweetDEV RIA Framework. the application also allow to the Operator the monitoring of all the commissions will be earn, productivity rates, quality production through some graphs and tables.

The project is designed to interface with the computer an equipment that make the control and measurement of the quality of the signal broadcasting of the TV and Radio stations (Hannabal, TV7 ...) and computerize the whole process of management and control of this broadcast equipment:
• Implement a database containing various information about a broadcast station (equipment, personnel, measurements ...).
• Creating an application to communicate with a measuring device and control (which is the unit FMS100), to allow the management of these measures collected on the broadcast equipment.
• Synchronize over the network database whose architecture is centralized at headquarters with the measurement data collected in every broadcasting station, and import some information from the database.
• Allow control of TV transmitters remotely.
• Implement a database containing various information about a broadcast station (equipment, personnel, measurements ...).

The project consists of a Study, Design and Implementation in order to computerize the whole process of test for water pumps:
• Understand the operation of the existing ban.
• Study the necessary improvements.
• Automation of bank:
- Realization of the electric control board
- Realization of the card interfacing between a computer and the electrical cabinet to ensure the levy measures.
• Creation of a software that make the interface for viewing the results.
