- H V A C: Chilled System, Heat Exchanger, Ducting, Air handling Units, Fans, Fan coil units and Slab cooling Installation
- Heating Systems: Floor heating, wall hanged radiators and Steam boilers installation
- Water Supply: Domestic network, Pump room, Irrigation System, Swimming Pools & Fountains.
- Drainage: Underground network, Soil, Waste network, Rain Water & Ventilation Systems.
- Plants: Reverse Osmosis Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant.
- Firefighting systems: (Wet Pipe Sprinkler System, Fire Hose Cabinet, FM200, NOVEC, CO2, Hood Suppression System).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, applicable laws and regulations; assist the Project Manager in establishing/updating section policies and procedures.
- Understand owner/client design requirements prior to the commencement of any design project; coordinate with the project manager and other architects, civil & electrical engineers for further clarifications on design requirements.
- Coordinate with team members effectively to ensure that all projects progress as planned in order not to cause project delays or budget overruns; ensure to update the Project Manager with regards to progress in design.
- Receive all the equipment, materials, and tools as requested and reconciling them with the requested orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of items.
- Ensure that the team on site has the required knowledge for installation, testing and commissioning the system and providing any kind of assistance if requested and when required.
- Manage the Technical Supervisors and Technicians to get up to date information for forecasting site progress on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ability to supervise group of people from different technical backgrounds.
- Attend site meetings (e.g. progress meetings, coordination and specially called meetings etc.) as and when required.
- Assist the Q.S. Department in preparing material & quantities take-off reports & cost estimates.
- Prepare material submittals as per specifications of each project.
- Prepare Site inspection for all the above mentioned mechanical trades.
