1- Follow up all police station in additional to opening reports
2- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentation
3- Prepares and assembles materials, documents and exhibits for meetings court appearances and hearing
4- Follow up pending court cases & keeping a track of the latest courtdecision
5- Experience complete solitude with all Foundation work and various business licenses companies and municipal acts and Immigration and the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Economy and Labor departments affiliate and all government departments, ministries and agencies of cost
6- Communicating with clients, customers and contract legal agreements with them and inform them of the latest developments in the legal issues that affect them, whether to communicate the way of direct or indirect
7- Settling and ending all the procedures required by the legal necessity to all government departments or private individuals
8- A complete experience in dealing with the legal problems facing the work of businesses, both legal problems of the workers and employees or collection problems and other customers and following cases brought against the company in general
9- Assing to follow-up work related to federal and local government departments
10- Drafting and Reviewing a wide variety of Contracts including consultancy Contracts, Construction Contracts, Master Service Agreements, Service Level Contracts, Sale and Purchase Contracts.
11- Liaising with external lawyers on litigation matters inclusive of tribunal claims, M&A work, large and complex non-contentious matters.
12- Advising the HR department on matters of Employment Law (including TUPE regulations) and any new legislations introduced.
13- Handling Court cases for all companies, including but not limited to cases varying from Rental, Labor, Civil, Commercial, and Criminal, Real Estate
14-Attend expert meetings, hearings before Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Labor and filing of police cases
