• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for civil infrastructure works including roads, drainage
systems, utilities, foundations, and structural works.
• Ensure project execution in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contract
documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth
project progress.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and method statements prior to execution.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure materials meet project specifications.
• Oversee testing activities such as soil compaction tests, concrete slump tests, cube tests, and material
approvals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, and design discrepancies.
• Manage workforce allocation, equipment utilization, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and site safety policies.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Assist in cost control, variation orders, and quantity verification.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of site activities.

• Study the SOW (scope of work), prepare offers, develop project plan & schedule, progress monitoring &
reporting, and prepare the document list needed, for the project.
• Initiate transfer, recruitment, or repatriation of resources from and to the different projects and provide
support for all operations and extension requests.
• Contract, Project, and Change Management, Cost Controls of the Project to meet productivity targets,
and manage budgets.
• Prepare labor histograms in line with the baseline schedule and arrange their permits.
• Ensuring that project is completed on time and within budgets.

• Managing all activities at the site, checking plans, drawings, quantities for accuracy of calculation
policies, monitoring the site labor force, and all material used to be as per specifications leading.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plan and site facilities to meet the agreed deadline.
• Preparing qualified workers before starting work, and checking all tools calibration before starting work.
• Overseeing quality control, health, and safety matters on site.
• Made sure that the stages of constructions were according to specifications and design drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Prepare Revit 3D model from architectural model and assume concrete dimensions for schematic design
coordinating all final concrete dimensions from analysis with architectural & MEP model
• Prepare Etabs 3D model for design vertical elements and beams made Safe models by export all floors &
raft.
