WORKING FOR SAUDI ARAMCO PMT (Oil and Gas Projects):
• Rehabilitation of Yanbu South Terminal Project, from July 2017 to December 2017.
• Ethane Deep Recovery Project, Uthmaniyah Gas Plant, from December 2017 to January 2020.
• Replacement of Boilers, Berri Gas Plant since February 2020, present.
Responsibilities:
• Review and approve documents such as transmittals, work procedures, method statements…etc.
• Implementation of company requirements such as Aramco standards, general instruction, ASME, API.
• Supervise equipment installation as per manual instructions provided by manufacturer to maintain all equipment warranty and proper operation.
• Interpret project schedule plans and implement on construction field. Also, interface and communicate with stakeholders to control project progress.
• Attend periodic meetings with management and contractor to discuss project progress, quality and other requirements.
• Assist in preparing the project work time scheduling of project activities to achieve the desired target.
• Review and assists Quality Control for any required tests, receiving materials, documentations and inspection of piping fabrication and installation.
• Technical issues solving for project designs or required modifications to comply with company requirements.
• Responsible of MPCS system and PMCC (Project Management Completion Certificate).
• Review Hydro test Packages and perform tests at field.
• Offshore Marine Pre-commissioning activities such as Marine Loading Arms, Gangways, pumps, house lightening illumination, Fire alarm systems, functional test, chlorination skid, and coordinate with parties.
• Teamwork and knowledge sharing within the team (PMT).
• Apply safety requirements at field and ensure contractors comply with safety requirements, also monitor contractor safety performance.
• Tracking contractor schedule execution, schedule material receiving dates and ensure that they meet with work schedule activities and per plans.
• Apply Equipment installation procedures according to company requirements as well as lessons learned from previous projects.
• Completion of SPDP’s (Spare Part Data Package).
• Construction and repair of the Boiler, also interfacing with stakeholders.
• Assistance in Boiler start up and commissioning support to the end-user
➢ Mechanical Engineer at SEPCO ARABIA COMPANY (Construction Company Contract with SAUDI ARAMCO), Building up new Substation called Booster Gas Compression Station #3, from June 2016 to May 2017.
• Installation for Turbines, Equipment, Pumps, Compressors, and different type of valves.
• Weld Mapping and Piping Installation.
• Piping and Instrumentation diagram/drawings (P&ID).
• Varies tests like; hydrotest, pressure test, flushing test.
