• Present and sell company services through meetings

• Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific target
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans
• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
• Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements
• Selling face to face products
• Advice individual with the best product based on experience

• Make product orders and handle payments
* Working at the billing and selling department.
* Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
* Provide customers with product and service information.
* Up sell products and services.
* Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
* Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
* Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
* Achieving targets and same day revenue.
* Reporting daily to the team leader
* Research misapplied payments.
* Working on 9 systems (CCTP, CRM HSI billing, BOSS, SORD, Exchange plus, Express Pay, CPSOS, Ease…..)
* Handling approximately 70 calls per day.
