Producing Yogurt (Stirred & Set), Fresh Laban, Fresh Shinina, Fresh Milk and Juices (Clear and with bulbs, Fibers) the fresh products filled in PET and HDPE Bottles with different sizes.
Using: Tetra Pack Equipment for processing, Mixing Tanks, Plate heat Exchangers, Alpha Laval pumps, Process tanks for starter preparation, sanitary process valves, yoghurt and Laban incubation Area, plate heat Exchanger for stirred yoghurt cooling, pasteurizing and homogenizing units, CIP station, filling lines.
BARLINE; (Continues process): producing products similar to (mars, snickers, bounty) Bepex co. Germany, including: cool mix, sugar cooker, rotomix, contimix, forming machine (G.P) & D.P) cooling tunnels, slitter (rotary cutter), stamping cutter, Enrobing machine (chocolate up & down coating), wrapping machines.
-BARLINE: (BATCHE Process): producing products similar to (mars, snickers, bounty, lion.) including: Hot-cool mix caramix, Candy flex (caramel cooker, rotor cooker, rotor cooler, caramel vessel, cooling drum), sugar cooker no. 1&2, presswhipe, pressure vessel contimix Forming m/c (GP) & (Dp), cooling tunnel, slitter, fanning belt, stamping cutter, chocolate enrobing m/Cs, wrapping m/Cs, Manuf.by HOSOKAWA-Bepex-terbraak-kreuter GERMANY.

DUTY and Responsibilities
• Prepare the annual production plan with the planning, sales and Marketing managements.
•A setting quarterly, monthly and weekly production plans
And follow up the implementation of the plan productivity.
• Coordination between the departments of the factory in order to get a smooth flow of work without problems.
• Follow-up the engineering department and helping to solve the breakdowns of the machines and get the highest efficiency of production.
•Held daily, weekly and monthly meetings with all departments of the plant and discuss the implementation of the production plan to resolve all obstacles that affect production.
•Daily tracking with quality management on maintaining product quality throughout the production period.
•Track sales and returns and contribute to solving the problems that affect the marketing plan and sales.
•Encourage engineering management, production management and support in order to make the necessary modifications to the machines for their product and increase production capacity with maintaining the quality of the product.

planning the projects, Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management, Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project, Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities, Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.

Implement the project
•Execute the project according to the project plan.
•Manage, review, and coordinate with all type of activities.
•Lead the team to prioritize signed off project work based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding, obstacles or barriers, budgets, resources and deadlines.
•Develop and maintain necessary contracting documentation according to the relevant policies and procedures.
•Develop forms and records to document project activities.
•Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
•Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
•Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
•Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
