• Supervising all kind of civil works/activities (Structural & Architectural works) with respect to approved shop drawings, method statements, materials & project specifications.
• Responsible for executions & manage all concrete & steel works.
• Supervising all finishing works like tile works, block works, plaster works, Paint works, false ceiling works, waterproofing works, etc.
• Perform regular site surveys to ensure that execution of the work is according to the project plan.
• Arrange equipment and materials at site to avoid any delay in progress.

• Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes to ensure the safety measures.
• Prepared reports for the submission work carried as per the construction plans and drawings.

• Coordinated with the subcontractors Engineer to complete all work in given time frame.
• Preparing the concrete pouring reports on daily basis.
• Responsible to prepare concrete curing reports.
• Ensure and plan the estimated time and resources for achieving the target.
• Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
• Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems seting out sites
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
DESIGANATION: Trainee Engineer (June 2022 - August 2022)
• Monitoring all the Civil works & inspecting all the activities at site as per specification
• Inspecting all the structural & architectural works according to approved shop drawings.
• Performing inspections for materials delivered to the site and ensuring the usage of approved materials.
• Coordination with the sub-contractor for the timely completion of activities at the site.
• Coordination and checking the surveyor works done at the site, checking all the set out at the site
• Solving the critical issues related to the drawing & execution works at the site.
• Ensuring that the works executed according to the approved shop drawings, approved method statements, approved specifications, and approved material at the site.
• Supervise all concrete casting, water proofing of manhole, Chambers at precast yard.

• Shadow senior engineers and supervisors during site inspections to observe and learn about construction processes, safety measures, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, site diaries, and inspection logs. Compile data and information for project reports as required.
• Assist with conducting tests on construction materials (e.g., concrete, soil, asphalt) to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Identify and report any deviations or deficiencies.
• Learn to operate surveying equipment under the supervision of qualified surveyors. Assist with establishing reference points, seting out lines, and conducting topographic surveys as needed.
