our company is advertizing one where is its revenue come from bill board and sell the units cards for mobile caller.
i was in charge of expenses department of the company and my main duties were:
1-Authorized by financial manager for all of the company expenses reports.2-Supervising a team of 6 accountants.3-Auditing expenses entries.4-Reconciliation all the company expenses accounts (General ledger accounts).5-Preparing excel files for the expenses department (Payroll, Social security, employees benefits, monthly expenses reports, consumption files, Taxes …etc). 6-Authorized for reporting to the both external and internal auditors of the company. 7-Approving all the company payments. 8-Following up the company banking accounts. 9-Auditing the purchase orders and prices offers of the company supplier. 10-Authorized employee with regard to deal with HR department.
And i also worked for Audi bank for about two years as a customer operation officer at the main branch
