- Worked in Materials Engineering Division as the Division Head Secretary and as the Admin Clerk for the
3 groups under the division.
- Handled all secretarial work for the Division Head.
- Handled all time keeping requirements for MED, including repatriation leaves, short leaves and Visa
processing requests.
- Coordinated the e-separation and resignation requests with Personnel Department through SAP system.
- Worked with Personnel Department to coordinate employees’ relocation requests, payments and leaves.
- Supported all 3 groups under MED and handled business travel requests and expense reports through
SAP system.
- Provided personnel and administrative support to all 80+ employees under MED.
- Worked in the Geotechnical Group of Civil Engineering Unit.
- Handled the Geotechnical Database containing all Geotechnical Investigation Reports and kept it updated.
- Gained access over GIS maps and handled requests for existing Geotechnical Investigation Reports.
- Maintained the Geotechnical Information Center and kept all active projects updated.
- Prepared and maintained the list of all approved geotechnical laboratories and offices and updated it to reflect their capabilities.
- Handled all inquiries received by PMT for existing Geotechnical Investigation Reports by using the GIS maps system.
- Report and follow up GIS glitches and bugs with eMaps team. As well as suggesting new functions needed in the system.
- Took the position of an Admin Clerk of the Civil Engineering Unit under the Consulting Services Department.
- Covered all Admin Assistant/office management tasks. And handled and coordinated the review packages received with the unit’s engineers.
- Handled all Time Keeping requirements, Travel Requests and Expense Reports through SAP system.
- Worked as the sole Technician and Salesman in the shop; handling all customers, aiding them with solutions to their technical problems & researching online to get the latest updates on technology to deliver the best service experience to the costumers.
- Building and compiling new desktop computers and installing operating systems and programs, all according to customers' needs and requests.
- Worked as the Regional Division Head Assistant in the Commercial Markets Department.
- Covered all Secretarial work and any task given by the Regional Division Head, and participated in any side projects assigned to.
- Coordinated the Saudi & foreign employment issues, & kept track of Iqamas, work permits & passports for renewal.
- Worked on sorting out monthly time sheets and processing monthly payrolls.
- Covered many tasks to support the HR Department; typing different kind of letters, certificates and policies as well as translating the policies or agreements from English to Arabic or from Arabic to English.
- Worked as a Retail Center Employee for the co-op course for my graduation from the Institute of Public Administrations in Dammam.
- Covered most of the Retail Center work; handling and arranging incoming and outgoing packages, preparing Air-way Bills to attach with all the packages, handling customers & cover any task given by my Supervisor.
- Intensive English Language (1 year / 24 hrs. per week) – All courses were taught in English. - Executive Secretary Program (1 year & a half) – Courses included: Business Communications, Office Technology, Functional Behavior, Mail Procedures and Typing.
