•Setup President's travel arrangements.
•Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes of meetings.
•Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for the company visitors.
•Maintaining a Softcopy and Hardcopy filing system (Archiving).
•Researching, pricing, and purchasing office furniture, equipment and supplies.
