Hiring, Leading and Coaching the Talent Management Team to achieve the group objectives and goals.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Conduct Training need analysis and Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
Create the Group training budget and keep operations within budget.
Managing the Group Training Program (Masarat) in terms of planning, hiring and monitoring.
Lead the development of all soft skills training, including career development activities.
Develop training programs, review training materials from a variety of vendors and select materials with appropriate content.
Oversee the creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
