Main responsibilities: Conducting practical lessons for Masters and Bachelors students in the following topics:
construction technology of residential and industrial buildings, organization of construction works on-site, CAD and BIM methodologies in construction, and planning and management of construction projects.

Managing construction execution for a flagship metro infrastructure program in Southern Moscow, directly
reporting to Moscow Municipality.
• Oversaw delivery of 3 metro stations, 9.8 km twin tunnels, 6.5 km tunnel branches, a maintenance
complex, and an operational staff building — totaling 149, 861 m³ reinforced concrete and 781, 834 m²
finishing works.
• Developing and maintaining master project schedules in Primavera P6, including work breakdown
structure (WBS), physical quantities, labor/equipment allocation, and cost loading.
• Generating monthly and daily work plans; monitoring contractor progress using site inspections,
labor/equipment logs, and earned value data.
• Updating baseline schedules weekly; identifying critical path deviations and supporting recovery planning.
• Preparing formal progress, delay analysis, and handover reports for Moscow Municipality.
• Coordinating weekly technical meetings with contractors to resolve design clashes, quality issues, and
interface risks.
• Supervising commissioning activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety
standards.
• Also managed construction of a temple complex in Northern Moscow (3, 300 m³ concrete, 24, 000 m²
finishing), adapting design and execution for heritage-sensitive context.

• Conducted technical supervision over construction and installation works across residential/commercial
projects.
• Verified compliance of executed works with design documentation and regulatory standards.
• Investigated root causes of delays and quality defects; proposed corrective actions.
• Performed technical acceptance of completed works and compiled as-built documentation.
• Supported commissioning and handover processes.

• Supported BIM implementation for major sports and resort rehabilitation projects funded by Syrian
Sports Union.
• Developed 4D/5D BIM models (Primavera + Revit + Navisworks + Lumion) for:

• Created custom Revit families, coordinated architectural/structural/MEP models, and performed clash
detection in Navisworks.

• Produced client marketing visualizations and walkthroughs using Lumion.
• Assessed technical condition of existing structures and supported design development.
