In charge of processing all types of expense reports (locals & expatriates) in accordance with the USIAD regulations, arrange the bank wires to the provinces & auditing all their financial statements, do the required journals for their advances reconciliations, doing the monthly billing for the provinces and consolidate their books with the main billing of Baghdad, responsible of all the financial audit program in the provinces & the quality control of their financial records, reviewing the monthly cash & bank register before submitting to the HO/ arrange the training advances, auditing all the training documentations to do the required reconciliations - MSI interested in Developing National Capacity in Public Administration.
Responsible of all financial activities for the two companies (Bank Wires, issuing all types of financial documents, posting to QBs & Books, generating the financial reports, bank statements reconciliations, withdrawing money from banks, cash keeping, Safe Audit, doing payroll, paying salaries, procurement requirements, & any other financial activities. Supervise the financial activities for four provincial offices, & generate & send daily & monthly reports to the owners - Omnnea & Al Nakheel are interested in Telecommunication field.
in charge of controlling all the chamber financials, HR, Grants & training activities. I was responsible of supervising the warehouse, procurement, pricing, & accounting departments. I set up the QBs program for the chamber, create its file, enter the opening balances, booking all types of transactions, doing the required reconciliations, & train the finance staff on using the QBs. I participated in the work of the grants program & I directly manage & supervise all activities of Anbar branch on its first opening (grants & training) / IACCI is working on Training, Grants & Trade, and Business Shows.
Responsible of all financial activities (income receiving, expenditures reimbursement, payroll preparing, distributing salaries, customers controlling, monthly reports sending to the owners, stock control. This company is interested in General Trading of Electrical Equipments.
Responsible of all the financial activities for JS organization, paying & reconcile the local advances, preparing & distributing the salaries, doing all the required reconciliations with the HO books, doing the monthly bank reconciliations, receiving & reconciling all the wires from the HO- JS worked on Rebuilding Iraq & Housing Program.
In charge of dealing with all the company expenses & income, issuing vouchers, auditing transportation statements, generating the monthly TBs & financial reports to be submitted to the owner of the company.
