(Initiation & Supervising: 2 Towers G+3P+16 & 1 Tower G+4P+17 combined value of 143 Million AED)
Nakheel and Trakhees Regulations.

(1) Technical Scope of Work:

• Reporting to the Construction Director directly.
• Initiating and supervising construction projects starting from Tender stage up to Handing Over.
• Final Approval on all Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method of Statements … etc
• Assessing MEP Subcontractors finalizing all Coordination Drawings, RCP Drawings, Material Approvals … etc
• Good knowledge in Nakheel and Trakhees Regulations.
• Assessing in the creation and approval of the overall Project Master Programme.
• Reviewing the design of the Specialist Sub-Contractors (Post Tension, Waterproofing, Façade Systems, Landscape Subcontractors … etc.).
• Coordinating and Supervising project activities (including the activities of the Design Consultant, Supervision Consultant, Quantity Surveyors, Planners, Contractors, and Statutory Authorities) associated with the design, procurement and construction of the project.
• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports in line with the standard reporting formats.
• Assessing both Contractor and Consultant on daily site works, safety measures, manpower and material supply to the site.
• Resolving all technical conflicts on site and coordinating between all parties to assure that the final decisions are adequate.

(2) Commercial Scope of Work:

• Finalizing the commercial and technical budgets of the Provisional Sum and Prime Cost Items and assuring they are engaged effectively on site.
• Revising project’s Payment Certificates after consultant’s approval.
• working in-line with the bank procedures to get the payments issued if the project is financed by the bank.
• Monitoring projects cash flow and assuring all subcontractors and suppliers due payments are in line with the actual cashflow.
• Preparing estimation reports for the additional scope of works to enter the project.
• Assuring extra cost variations doesn’t exceed the targeted project value.
• Coordinating with the concerned parties on having the imported material delivered to site.

(3) Contractual Scope of Work:

• Evaluating all contractor Claims and Variations as per project’s Contract (FIDIC 1999) and Specifications.
• Assessing in, and revising all Contractual Letters issued by the Consultant.
• Assuring all obstacles between Contractor and Consultant are as minimal as possible and pushing work progress on site between all parties.
(4) Head Office Scope of Work:
• Coordinating for any document/inquiry between the Client, Site Team and Authorities (Nakheel, Trakhees, Empower, DEWA and the Civil Defence.)
• Coordinating between the Client and Site Team to assure all Architectural Scopes are as per the drawings and client expectations.
• Preparing Weekly and Quarterly Progress Reports for the clients.

 Preparing Claims, Extensions of Time and Variations.
 Studying Project’s Contract Clauses. Following up and replying to Consultant’s Letters.
