Responsibilities:
- Follow up with Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification.
- Follow up with Tier 3 (Watch Desk) support.
- Manage day to day IT troubleshooting and problem- solving for users both locally and remotely.
- Provide the organization with advices to enhance the productivity and stability of the software systems in relation to network infrastructure.
- Installing operating systems, programs to all organization’s computers and connect them to the organization’s domain.
Achievements:
- Work with System Administrator to rebuild the Network Infrastructure from scratch by following up the procedures to setup:
- Network and Core Switches.
- Wireless Controllers.
- Access Points (Indoor and Outdoor).
- Firewall.
- NAC solutions.
- Connecting multiple buildings’ networks with (Fiber Optic OM40 GB), and (OM3 between buildings wards 10GB).
- Work on Request for Proposal (RFP) to get all the technical
requirements and equipment that are needed for the infrastructure.
- Make sure that the network’s configuration has been built properly for all parties.
- Migrate all exchange mailboxes to Office365 essential and use OneDrive as a backup solution instead of the local server.
- Cutting some unneeded costs by canceling all maintenance contracts and taking full responsibility for the Hardware Department.
- Upgrading all operating systems to Window 10 Professional.
It was a company for designing medicine and drugs advertising materials. My responsibilities were for:
- Doing some photo sessions to use them in needed designs.
- Designing packages of drugs.
- Designing marketing posters.
- Designing leaflets with their full explanation formats
While I was studying i was working at al Khalidi hospital and medical center, so my graduation project was the first step to start my freelancing career as a Graphic Designer. I've used my camera for a photoshoot session around al Khalidi hospital and medical center sections to use them designing posters and a new logo that represents the hospital's vision.
