Monthly, reporting for the GM and sales department of our sales performance, our challenges, the corporates payments schedules and if there is any specific issues .

I was handling different types for companies some of them are small companies and some are leading companies in the kingdom, so we coordinate with every travel coordinator on those companies using the official channels to assist with their business travels and the employers annual vacations and in their personal trips as well.
Giving special care for the top management of every company by giving them more advantages like issuing their boarding pass if possible and checking if there is any extra services we can get for them with each trip.
Helping the customers with all their travel needs ( hotel bookings, air tickets, transportations and excursions)
Handling incoming passengers : we were handling the incoming passengers as we were working as a supplier for our partners in the region and some other travel agencies from GCC.
Handling the local hotels section in our mother company's online bookings website.
Assisting all our customers with their flights and hotel bookings all around the world .
