Production Engineer

Duties Preparation of Quality Control and quality assurance Plan for the Scope of Work in the Plant,
basing on Project QA/QC Plan for the following activities:
1. Electrical System (AC & DC UPS System, Transformer System, MV and LV Switchgears System, MV & LV Synchronic and Asynchronies Motors Systems, Local Control Station Systems, Power Socket Systems, Diesel Generators System, normal and emergency Lighting Systems, Earthing System, Lightning System, MV & LV Cables System, Industrial Building (Substations, Control Rooms), Heat Tracing Systems and Electrical Network Management System.

2. Cathodic Protection Systems (Sacrificial and Permanent Anodes, Insulation and Isolation Kits, Cable System, Junction Boxes, Referential Electrodes, Transformers Rectifiers,
Control Cabinets for Different Types and Functions).

3. Instrumentation System (Generic Instrument (Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow), Transmitters, Electronic Indicators, Switches, tubing System, Cables System, Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Metering Skid Systems, Electric and Jockey Pump Systems, Air Compressor Systems, Water treatment Systems, Flare Systems, Storage Tanks Systems (LNG, LPG, Gasoline, Propane, Ethane, Butane, Water, Hot Oil, Nitrogen), Vessels and
Drums System, Piping Systems, Fire Water Systems, etc.

4. Automation System (DCS, ESD and FGS Systems (Marshalling, Master Server and Network Panels, Local Control Stations, Printers, Devises, SCADA, PLC, HMI Interfaces, )

5. Telecommunication Systems (CCTV Systems, PAGA System, Hotline Telephony System, GPS Systems, LAN/WAN Systems, Fiber Optic Cables System, Radio Systems, Performance Systems, Network Management System, UHF Wave System, Ship-To-Shore
cables System, ).

Project: Construction of the LZ2 Pipeline (24" Pipeline connecting Hassi Rmel to Arzew).
Role: QA/QC Senior Project Engineer.
1. Prepare all Quality planes and modifies it to the Recommendation of client.
2. prepare all kind of Procedures, Risk assessments and Job safety Analysis,
3. organize activities of the workshops (Engineers and Technicians) and provide full information about scheduled Tasks.
4. supervise all testing activities and their forms, and give full support for construction team to complete activities under the project specifications and applicable codes & standards.
5. report all activities to project management via reports or meetings.
6. Close all NCRs, Punch lists and report all Activities to Project Management.
7. Supervise document controlling activities and loop folders executions and mechanical completion dossiers.

Client Aleppo General Factory for Fooder. (Syria)
contractor General Establishment for Fooder.

Duties The factory compose of 2receiving pits equipped by chain and belt Convoyers, 10 cells for native material and 24 for milled seed, 16 cells for mixed materials, 2 Rolling machines
equipped with 250KW motors, 2 milling machines equipped with 100KW Motors, Multiple Convoyers with deferent sizes of motors, 2 cooling towers, 1 Boiling system of 8 Calorific Tones/Hours, 6 exhausting fans equipped with 50KW motors, 2x490 KVA +150KVA Diesel generators; 2x60KVA Transformers, 1 Truck weighing System, 2 transporting with packaging weighing machines, 1 Blowing system for transporting mixed material to the 5th flour equipped by 50PHr Motor and 10Bar pressure controlling system, 2 compressors insure 10 Bars inside pneumatic circuits, 1000 Neon lamps, Etc.
Managing the Electrical Rehabilisation and maintenance activities like:
1. Controlling all maintenance activities from sending pieces to workshop or outside of factory,
2. Make a studies an all electrical, instrumentation installations and controlling apparatus;
3. Approve the purchased material for electrical & instrumentation activities and controls the installation with adequate procedure.
4. Establish of maintenance procedure and emergency operational & maintenance procedures for electrical and machines.
5. Execute all controlling and assurance of qualities of products and activities,
6. Rehabilisation of Power distribution system, from Transformers, Diesel Generators and distribution Panels,
7. Rehabilisation and renew of Lighting System;
8. Rehabilisation and renew all motors for assuring the spare parts and the good function of machine by controlling the control and command circuits, the gearboxes, the static and dynamic stat.
9. Scheduling of maintenance days during the year and establish a procedure for that,
10. Rehabilisation of fire fighting systems including pumps, tanks, water supplying system and alarm functions.
11. Issuing statistical reports in day, week and month basis.
12. The result is the production increased from 2, 300 tons per month to 10, 000 tons per month.

Project Three parallel pipelines 90 km for each (36" NG Exported P/L, 12" LPG Exported P/L, and 12" Condensate Exported P/L).
Client IAP (Joint Venture Between "Sonatrach, Statoil and BP Algeria)
Contractor JK (Joint Venture (JGC - Japanese Gas Corporation - and KBR - Kellogg Brown & Root)

1. Issuing a method statements and procedure for the scheduled scope of work activities

2. Cathodic Protection Installation along the Pipeline activity including installation and commissioning of sacrificial system and replacing by Permanent one,

3. Pulling of different sizes of electrical and instrumentation cables,

4. Installing and commissioning fiber optic cable with its joints,

5. Tie-In with In Aminas Project Facilities,

6. All kind of instruments (Pressure gauges and transmitters, temperature gauges and transmitters, Pressure safety valves, Control valves and their actuators, all tubing and fitting activities,

7. Solar panels and their controlling systems.

8. Issuing a daily, weekly and monthly reports on activities and situations,

9. Document controlling and handover for client.

Project Installation of the 6th frame Gas Turbine Generator
Duties Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer for the following activities:
1. Controlling and organize the construction activities according to the scope of work, schedule of execution.

2. Issuing Procedures for work execution, and control reporting job for Quality assurance and control,

3. Approving purchased material according project specification and codes,

4. Report all activities in daily, weekly and monthly basis;

5. Document controlling and handover for client.

The factory consist of 10 stainless steel tanks for corn seed storage, 5 Boilers with capacity of 12 Calorific Tones, 5x340KVA diesel generators, local transformer, chemical unite for
treatment of starch liquid, filtering unit to extract the fructose, condensate unite equipped with pumps, vacuum, condensation, exchangers, filtering and storage of final product, equipped with 12Barg compressors and Pneumatic circuit, 2 storage tanks of 6 tones capacity for each Duties one, and weighing packaging system.
Managing the Electrical and instrument activities like:
1. Execute the drawings on site and scheduling of tasks as priorities of installation;
2. Make design of sketches for electrical start-up of high power motors and each command system using different apparatus,
3. Install and commissioning of all electrical and instruments apparatus,
4. Install all control system and component and assist on commissioning,
5. Install lighting system,
6. Install command system for boilers and start-up,
7. Operate controlling systems based on PLC and other component to commissioning the condensation mechanism and test the last product.
8. Operate different control valves to control the circulation of steam in the piping,
9. Using new technologies in food industries and chemical control for Acids and bases.
10 Command and specify the missing parts from local markets.
