Examining finished products and ensuring that they comply with standard specifications and the purposes for which they are used.
Examining and evaluating returns and identifying the reasons for returns to improve product quality and reduce returns.
Examining customer complaints and verifying their validity in order to compensate them or ensure that they are incorrect.
Coordination between the sales department and the production department by following up the balances of the required products in the store and printing the production orders necessary to produce the required products if their balance in the store is insufficient.
Issuing certificates of validity for final products upon their exit to customers.
Design and printing of stickers on packages of finished products.
Follow up the raw materials balances and request the necessary quantities to continue the production process and ensure that it is not affected by the raw materials shortage.
