In my role as a mechanical design engineer at a company specializing in plastic mold design and manufacturing, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Designing various types of plastic molds (Blow mold, Injection mold, Injection Blow molds, ISBM molds, etc.).
2. Retrofitting existing molds.
3. Reverse engineering and manufacturing molds.
4. Designing plastic parts.
5. Creating 2D manufacturing drawings with compatible GD&T.
6. Generating Bills of Materials (BOM).
As a mechanical design engineer in a company specialized in composite material Façade design my responsibilities are - and not limited to - :
• 3D modeling of façade panels and structures with various shapes and geometries.
• Building 3D and 2D fabrication models.
• Design calculation
• FEA using CAD and CAE softwares (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor...)
• Write technical Reports.
As a Product Design Engineer, I develop and enhance products from start to finish using engineering principles and design techniques. my main responsibilities are -and not limited to- :
-Brainstorming and ideation.
-Sketching and rendering concepts.
-Creating 3D models and mockups.
-Simulation and design calculation using multiple CAD and CAE softwares.
-Analyzing results and validate them.
-selecting material and textures.
-Creating physical prototypes.
-Testing and refining prototypes.
For my master thesis I have designed a diamond saw machine that cut large diameter GRP pipes (4m+) in multiple directions. the design was carried out using SolidWorks.
