- Develop the organizational structure of the project and the organization of the work of subordinates in the project, supervision and coordination among themselves
- Overseeing all business and various activities within the project in order to serve the objectives of the project
- Adoption of the articles to the project schedules and quality standards are met
- Drawings and design modifications work in consultation with the designer
- Attention to evaluating the expected project risks and finding solutions
- Supervising the accounting extraction disbursements contractor and work schedules additional quantities if necessary
- Holding and management of periodic meetings with the contractor and the work of periodic reports on the project and raise the requests for material if necessary
- Supervising the training site engineers program
