Purchase of Goods
• Ensures that best prices for quality are obtained free of tax and provide Headquarters agreement to supplier if necessary .
• Issues Purchase Order (PO) and/or Contracts for all assistance items purchased and where necessary
• Liaise with inspection companies
• Submits Purchase Order (PO) for signature to the concerned parties and the supplier
• Ensure that proper PO files with all relevant documents are updated
• In the case of petty cash purchase physically visit the local market in order to procure goods

• Reception of goods, Quality& Quantity Control and Claims
