Managing contracts section and support 3 sections - Procurement, excellence, Warehouses and - with over 80 employees who are maintaining POs with 350M SAR yearly and contracts with 2.3B SAR value. Responsible to set a strategic plan for the department based on the company’s vision. Develop a Policy, Procedure & KPIs for the department to ensure the highest performance by implementing the best practices. Converting operational activities into strategies to optimize recourses. Key accomplishments:
• Acquire the Local Content Certificate for the company by working with the Audit Company.
• Assigned to be a member of the Local Content Committee.
• Established a contracts section within the department to handle all contracts actions.
• Acquire the promotion from the general manager of procurement and contracts within less
than 6 months.
Responsible to review, approve & sign contracts, agreements and POs. Create SMART objectives for the team and monitor department KPIs. Keep a good relationship with external & internal suppliers. Enhance department processes by introducing new methods. Key accomplishments:
• Represented Supply Chain department in COVID-19 committee.
• supervision for headquarter construction projects and procurement manager.
• Restructuring to build small teams to enhance performance efficiency & effectiveness.
supervision raw material and packing section and support 3 sections - logistic & service, development, and Spere parts - with over 26 employees who are maintaining POs with 700M SAR yearly. Responsible to procurement procedures with Local & international suppliers, purchasing strategies development. Key accomplishments:
• lead the forecasting strategy to purchase raw materials.
• Established blanket orders for the top 30 raw materials with cost-saving around 3M.
• Acquire the recommendation from the chairman of purchasing committee for Promotion and
salary increase after a few months’ work with him.
Assist QC and chemists within plant. Design and carry out scientific-lab experiments and product - sample testing to ensure safety, quality and production compliance. Gained experience in the operation, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation within environmental laboratory.
