- Drafting and preparing translations / correspondences on behalf of the (CTO)
- Staying ahead of challenges and help in resolving problems.
- Many other day-to-day office activities and follow-up tasks.
- Set up a customized Booking / Clients Database system

- Coordinating all the activities, appointments and travels of the CEO
- Handling secretarial activities (translations, minutes…).
- Handling Administrative affairs (AGMs organization, official papers, employees residences…).
Reporting to the General Manager and handling various secretarial tasks:
- Office Management (Receiving calls, incoming/outgoing faxes and mail).
- Coordinating all the activities and appointments of the General Manager.
- Making Meeting minutes and related reports.
- Filing and Documentation.
- ssuing the Sultan Club Card (SCC) for customers, and feed their data in the System.
- Handle the Customers' complaints, comments & suggestions.
- Looking after the implementations of the SCC promotions & activities.
Easy and quick earning of 50 Dh as a minimum daily profit
Extracting good experience in management
Achieving monthly progressive sales in Men's accessories & electronics sections.
BA degree in English literature.
