Brief:
Responsible for hospitality development and residential projects.
Oversee staff of 110 people.

• Undertake market research for key target markets.
• Establish strategy for Mix use projects and financial model
• Selection of potential Hotel operator and branded residence units.
• Negotiate Hotel Management Agreements and commercial terms.
• P&L forecast and estimated return on investment.
• Oversee Hotel Facilities Criteria and concept brand for each Hotel/site.
• Establish the creative strategy, sales/marketing, budgets & schedules for design projects.
• Clarify the scope of work for all consultants including F&B concept.
• Brief the chairman and stakeholder for final approval.
• Over see the design processes and value engineering to ensure the projects are within budget and timely delivered.
• Maintain a detailed reporting program for the development status of individual projects and the overall program, implement design standards, tender methods, construction management in line with regional customs and requirements, maintain the master schedule for individual projects from concept to completion to record principal activities and identify critical dates, approve and appoint the long items suppliers for individual hotels, nominate and award contractors for enabling and main works packages and ensure delivery of the projects on time and on budget.

Brief:
Responsible for overall Architectural, ID, Engineering, operational planning and project management process for Hyatt projects. This include supervise all consultants and contractors to ensure contract and agreements are executed and implemented to the satisfaction of both the owner and Hyatt.

• Recommend professional consultants to the owners that can carryout international Hotel development.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project team to ensure a high performance that supports achieving the department mission, strategic plan, objectives and values.
• Overall responsibility for provision of technical input regarding project and construction management.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring scope, design basis and objective are defined; best practices/lessons learned are identified; detailed work plans, schedules, budgets and procedures are established including: execution plan; contract plan; plan for addressing critical cross-function work process and systems.
• Publish monthly progress report to senior management.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project, and arrange for assignment of project personnel.

Brief:

• Provide Strategy & Development planning analyst for Marriott Inc’s long-term growth and Brand positioning in the Middle East and Africa.
