• Attend all H&SE issues of Township including the 3 utilities plants (In charge of Sea water Reverse Osmosis plant, Waste water Treatment Plant & Chiller plant)
• Manage the Risk assessment through the SPs.
• Lead the Monthly Utilities Safety Committee meetings and take appropriate actions for all action items.
• Conduct Service Providers ‘Safety Audit and recommend for corrective action.
• Train the SP employees (Risk Assessments/Accident investigations/Work permit audit/Heat Stress/Fire Extinguisher and Fire prevention to name a few)
• Conduct Inspections and manage SPs for rectification of issues through prompt recommendations
• Prepare weekly reports and submit to the Senior management
• Lead the Utility Senior Management Walkthroughs and record findings and rectify the issues
• Lead all investigation of incidents/accidents and find out the root causes.
• Monitor the Service provider performance and report to the higher management

Led the team of Auditors for conducting the Safety Management System Audit for Service Provider Companies
Successfully enforced the Safety Management System based on King Abdullah University Management system requirements
Formulate the Policy and Procedures for the Warehouse as well as site services operations
Prepare the Emergency evacuation procedures & update it whenever any change required
Conduct planned and unplanned Fire Drill (by Including Fire Department, Security Dept & Clinic).
