Job Profile
Core Responsibilities
● Send enquiries and check prices with suppliers
● Placing order with suppliers once order confirmation received from Sales Team
● Receive Sales contract from suppliers and send to customers for signature
● Follow up for advance payments from customers
● Follow up for Markings, documentation requirement of customers
● Follow up for shipment, documentation with suppliers
● Tracking the shipment and inform customers
● Update internal system with shipment, delivery etc.
● Follow up for shipping docs and update customers
● Follow up for payment with customers and update suppliers
●Co-ordinate with Logistics & Finance department for documentation, payment etc for Trading Business.
● Use ERP system (Orion) to enter order, shipments, delivery etc.
● Enter Budget figures in system, finalize figures with GM, generate Budget/Income reports for final sign-off

Generating various Sales Reports to GM & Higher management personnel.
● Preparation of weekly, monthly, yearly reports of booking, shipment, pending & budget reports to GM and
higher management team.
Other knowledge/experiences:
● Attended various internal & external training programs for work improvement
Bachelor of Arts (Economics)
