Currently working in Main Branch handling daily Branch Operations including BCTS cheques monitoring for all branches, handling some customer complains, preparing monthly reports concerning branches various transactions, assist some VIP customers, review daily customer's financial transactions and making sure they are in line with anti-money laundering policy and procedure. Thus, my main role is giving support to two zone managers on various issues; and in some cases reporting to an AGM.
Used to handle daily Cash in Cash out transactions, swift payments, Transfers, Manager cheques, branch back office duty, customer service duty - worked under high pressure - worked in several branches.
Handled VIP members, daily monitor of delayed accounts, obtaining payments and giving straight decisions on overdue accounts, having the authority to analyze accounts and increase/decrease/override/block/cancel member's card, assisting member's needs and inquiries.
