• Approve master document files (site master file, validation master plan and protocol, water treatment
system, qualification files (Design, installation, operation and performance), preventing maintenance
system, internal auditing system, SOP's and Forms)
• To oversee and ensure that validation of testing procedures and calibration of control equipment are
carried out and documented as required.
• To ensure that employees are properly trained to carry out designated jobs and that the performance of each employee is satisfactory.
• To ensure that maintenance and calibrations of equipment and instruments is carried out and documented according to established procedures.
• Participates in various committees in the company concerned with upgrading QC measures,
marketing and purchasing activities.
• Approval of raw material, packaging material and suppliers.
• To oversee and control the water treatment unit (R/O unit) including operation procedure and preventive maintenance program and adhere to the latest Pharmacopeial specifications for purified
water.
• Ensure that all GMP policies adopted by the company are strictly adhered to the production process.
• Carry out appropriate and timely audits and inspection in all concerned departments.
• Stay in direct contact with FDA/Jordan for new upgrades and changes regulating the activities of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the haemodialysis market in terms of new products, new clients, existing and new competitors.
• Taking the responsibility of GM in case of his absent.
• Ensuring production is within lead times and of the highest quality.
• Liaising among different departments, e.g. purchasing, production, human resources, operations,
quality control, sales.
• Control the communications between all departments.
Production Manager ــــــMar.2008 to May2010
• Oversees and insures area policies are consistent with plant policies and supervises the application and administration of such polices in the manufacturing and packaging operations in conformity with GMP'S.
•Directs and coordinates the activities of employees through the development of valid performance plans to ensure timely manufacture and packaging of products consistent with objectives.
• Establishes short-term performance goals and training plans and monitor results to reflect a changing environment.
• Implements special project work as required.
• Establishes, maintains, and continually analyze production and packaging control and documentation procedures to assure departmental compliance with Good Manufacturing practices, improve yields or reduce cost.
• Investigate and prepare reports on activities, which impact manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Ensure that all products are manufactured and packaged according to Quality standards and specifications through daily review and approval of batch records, packaging documents and conduct routine audits of the manufacturing and packaging systems to include facility, equipment,
procedures and personnel to identify opportunities for quality, safety and productivity improvements.
• Review standard hour forecasts and analyze impact on budget and manning. Analyze impact on standard costs, monitor production variances, and maintain employee awareness and preventive action programs to minimize variances.
• Develop, train and motivate hourly personnel to maximize job performance through skills development and employee education.
