Projects Coordinator, SADARA SWRO & SWRO 4
Managing the required Projects Coordination matters related to the Projects Execution and Construction of Yanbu II Power and Water Projects, SADARA-SWRO Project, Jubail SWRO-4 Project and Jubail EPS Project facilities, including the coordination with different internal departments within Marafiq and external entities and Communicate with different Government Agencies e.g. the Royal Commission, Saudi Aramco, Contractors and any other entities or business partners..
Scope include the Management of all the commercial matter for the above projects with auditing and processing the invoices for EPC/PMC and coordinate the contractual requirements to issue PR/PO and Change Orders.

Manage the required coordination of Marafiq growth strategy with Business Development team to generate and develop business opportunities to expand and enhance the company's services as well as facilitating existing business development initiatives and business growth in Power, Water, Waste Water, Seawater Cooling, District Cooling, Gas Distribution, Renewable Energy as well as other utilities.
Scope includes the management of Marafiq relation with Marafiq subsidiary company (Marafiq Cool).
Represent Marafiq at official events, conferences and forums. Liaising, interaction and negotiation with internal departments, government organizations and private/public companies.
Develop and create department policies/procedures, budgeting, planning and regular reporting to company senior management and Board of Directors.

Manage all the coordination matters between Marafiq and its PMC “Jacobs” to deliver proper PMC services to Marafiq huge projects such as YII Project, IWTP project, SWTP project, STG 5&6 Project. Scope includes the responsibility and management of PMC budget 300 Million SAR.
Solving non-recurring problems using theoretical/experiential knowledge and required to be updated on all projects activities and schedules among Jubail and Yanbu.
In addition, Acting as Lead PMO:
Leading a professional team to achieve the completion of projects effectively with continuously working monitoring system is required skilled in program and resource planning, activities tracking, project monitoring, risk identification and mitigation, quality control and assurance, safety, continuous communication and reporting, cost and financial control, contracts advisory and proper documentation.

Collaborate closely with different agencies, off-takers, contractors and other functions in Marafiq to be able to deliver proper execution of the different external projects related to Jubail IWPP Project.
Prepare and issue schedule reports, progress reports on each project. Identify gaps and take corrective action. Review subcontractor's schedules and coordinate progress meetings to ensure efficient implementation and quality of services.

Directly responsible for all the insurance of some major clients policies (who have total insurance amount over 1 million SAR) in the Key Accounts and Major Client’s Department.
Cover and aware about insurance of their health, Cars, Properties or businesses. These including accident, or any combination of these policies.

Manage the department of Information Technology with supervision of IT professional team in more than 4 cities in KSA to analyze computers and network related problems reported by the end-users, diagnoses the most effective method to resolve the problem and implements the solution; installs, maintains, and troubleshoots the LAN, WAN, data communications and all peripheral equipment.

Leading the coordination of all e-commerce development activities, including the integration and implementation of appropriate software in cooperation with a third party solution provider.
Develop, organize and implement online sales and marketing programs for existing and potential customers.
