-Scouting for prospective lessees.
-Directing guided tours of each rental.
-Crafting snag lists in consultation with lessees.
-Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements.
-Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed.

-Developing, implementing, and monitoring the efficiency of our internal communications processes
-Ensuring that all communications reach relevant internal stakeholders in a time-efficient manner
-Creating internal communications material, such as presentations, newsletters, and announcements
-Giving briefings, sending out recaps regarding policy changes and updates, and conveying important decisions by senior management
-Coordinating the sales team and assisting with -recruiting and training new hires.
-Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
-Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
-Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
