Analyzes credit data to estimate degree of risk involved in extending credit or financing to firms or individuals by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned
•Reviews the client’s credit history.
•Ascertains that approved credit applications match the approved credit authority limits.
•Obtains higher approval on all exceptional financing applications.
•Ensures that the financing terms are correctly calculated.
•Ensures that all the legal documents are correct, relevant and signed by all relevant parties.
•Ensures that all the customers’ documents are genuine and relevant.
•Ascertains that the client’s exposure is within the approved guidelines.
•Ensures that the data are properly entered in the system.
Dealing with the customers, helping them with their problems and provide the appropriate solutions, working under pressure and within a team. Handling customers issues such as payments issues, account analysis, etc. Covering loan and credit card issues.
Keep records of customer transactions and interactions, recording details of complaints, inquiries, and comments, plus actions taken.
Check and ensure that appropriate and satisfied changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of account investigation results and any adjustments.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Handling operation work for treasury department including: Treasury deals, priority deals, SWIFT Creation, Incoming and outward Payments. Contact and dealing with other banks treasury with high and professional way. Ensuring all treasury deals are processed and completed on time and meet all the requirements.
