My responsibilities includes
Analyze business requirements and support development team during the high-level design for new projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, easy to maintain and all impacts are addressed. Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Work with operation team, in order to empower them with tools and procedures to increase the productivity and resolution of day-to-day activities.
MPRM (Mobily Partner Relationship Management):
MPRM (Mobily Partner Relationship Management) is a set of applications providing enhanced functionality to partners and resellers in order to execute sales and post sales related operations. It also empowers channel sales operation team to track and monitor the activities and performance of various partners.
Responsibilities:
As a part of PRM team, I am responsible to develop the MPRM Web portal(including admin penal) as well as Android application by utilizing the Web APIs according to the requirements. I am also responsible to provide support to QA, UAT and Production teams. My role also includes coordinate with the other technical teams and also with the Business.
Web Portal provides the Partners as well as the Resellers to enhance the sales and post sales related operations.
Android Application provides the Mobility to the Resellers to do the sales operations from anywhere.
Admin Portal provides to the user to manage the Partners, Resellers, Products and Packages in a manageable way.

I have done many projects here. I also have onsite experience with leading telco company of Pakistan called Mobilink.
I was in IT-Application Development Team. There were many applications and services under the ownership of IT-Application Development Team but I worked on the following things:
1. MSP Channel - 7667: A windows service used by Mobilink Service Provider (MSP) via SMS that provides information of a customer and performs change of SIM, block SIM, Resume SIM according to the request.
2. Duplicate Bulk Bill Extraction: A web based application with windows service used by customer care center that provide duplicate bills in bulk.
3. My Indigo Portal: A web portal used by postpaid customers that provide information of bill and services activated by that user.
4. PRBT Auto Charging: A windows service that charges the customers who subscribes Personalized Ring Back Tone (PRBT) . It is multithreaded application that tries to charge a customer dynamically if a customer has not sufficient balance.
5. PRBT Provisioning: A SSIS with windows service that subscribe/unsubscribe the customer for Personalized Ring Back Tone (PRBT)
Responsibilities:
I was responsible to develop new software, test the developed once, support for UAT, deployment, production support, operations and coordinate with the other technical teams and also with the business.
