key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Regional manager and the head office in communications of cycle instructions of all the cycle activities to the region field sales team.
2. Tracking and monitoring of in-market execution of Field Sales Force in the region of cycle activities in-line with the guidelines provided by Head
Office.
3. Support the Head Office in operational planning of cycle activities in term of shop data, coverage, frequency, distribution, and competition data,
etc.
4. Tracking and record keeping of TPOSM, PPOSM and giveaways in a central database to update the regional manager as well as the Head Office
about the utilization and balances.
5. Ensure installation of PPOSM as per placement guidelines at trade in coordination with Head Office, Field Sales Force and the vendor.
6. Ensure repair and maintenance of PPOSM at trade through Field Sales Force field visit, weekly report on complaint register for major repair work
to be done through Head Office, vendor visit, etc., all in-line with the SOP designed for the said purpose.
7. Enhance visibility through effective display drives, merchandising guidelines and coaching sessions with the regional field sales force.
8. Support the head Office in all the activations such as 121 consumer engagement activity, Dhaba activation, Mela Activation, and Float activation,
etc., in term of planning, tracking, monitoring, and execution.
9. Support the head office and the regional manager in planning, tracking, monitoring of tactical and long-term trade programs to meet the
business objectives.
