• Working as Team Leader in execution of Revit Work Shared Model; creating master template/annotation families and other families for the projects; and formulating tender documents in compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Responsible for leading a team of Architects, CAD/Revit operators & 3D Visualizers to fulfill Client requirements, preparing an Entire Set of Documents from Pre Design Stage to Tender Stage (i.e. Concept Sketches/ Design Criteria Reports; Design to Tender Drawings, Details, Specifications, etc.)
• Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/collaborators, external suppliers, contractors & client.
• Review shop drawings, technical submittals and RFI's.
• Ensuring that all services and structural components are fully integrated
into the contractor’s documentation and liaising with all consultants to
achieve full integration of documentation.
• Be responsible for integrating any ongoing or new design features into
the contract documentation.
• Carry out inspections of work when necessary and ensuring that all
design work is integrated into the contractor’s documentation.
• Liaise with the Client, and the Project Management Team to instruct the
contractor accordingly in matters of design, materials etc.
• Be responsible for the review and approval of material.
• Ensure that the contractor is implementing their QA/QC Plan.
• Interact effectively with contractors and sub-contractors on technical and project matters.
• Hands-on exposure in designing townships and other government projects and having authority to approve; Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Health, Government, High-rise Buildings, etc.
• Co-ordinate between Consultant and Sub-Contractors.
• Checking quality of workmanship.
• Checking quantity of materials.
• Checking shop drawings.
• Attending inspection requests.
