• Talent Acquisition
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. Lead employer branding initiatives. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Review and recommend updates to improve the recruitment process. Manage, update and maintain head count, recruitment and training budget and weekly/ monthly reports to senior management.

• Training Lead
To ensure proper implementation of training cycle starting from TNA till its overall evaluation. Conduct TNA at head office and warehouse in coordination with the HODs in order to highlight the potential areas for improvement. Explore the best training institutes and training courses against the need identified. Identify training topics for retail staff in coordination with the sales team. To prepare in-house training programs on finalized topics for head office & retail staff. To plan, and execute retail training drives covering the entire retail network across the country. Facilitate the employee in attending training programs and handle all required documentation/approval formalities.

• Online/ Written Test
Managing online testing system and maintain/update complete database for online tests. Providing feedback, statistical test reports and results to relevant team members. Coordinate with IT department to ensure scheduled tests are completed without any technical challenges. Tools: Class Marker, Google Forms and manual functional tests

• Documentation/ Service Record
Support team in managing document of new employees. Ensure all document is In-line with SBP regulations. Arrange medical tests for all new KMBL staff. Preparing internal announcements / circulars for new joiners, re-designations, promotion and selection, internal assessments, internal job ads, etc.


• Recruitment Drives
Visit universities as per business plan for future hiring. Build long term relationship with various educational institutions in critical areas. Develop Metro by Nadeem Younas employer brand in the market and with educational institutions in particular.

• Compliance
Implement and ensure full compliance of policies and procedures of HR. Ensure all SLA’s are adhered to by recruitment function.
