November 2013-Up-to-date MW Telecommunication Engineer - Mobinets, Lebanon

• Experience in MW equipment (antennas, equipment …) and how to adapt them by software (frequency, modulation, RSL…)
• Skilled in AFP (Automatic frequency planning) Calculations, LOS Calculation, Interference Analysis, Path Budget Analysis, Parity Violation, different types on Antenna’s and Equipment (Different Vendors)
• Preparing all MW Data for customers by software (locations, links, their equipment/antennas RAF files, their allowed frequency range, Modulation used…) to build their MW network.
• Preparing presentations & trainings on MW Module to guide Customers how to properly use the features provided by our Product (NEP).
• Exporting dump files from Customers NMSs such as: Huawei U2000, M2000, I2000.
• Analysing/studying exported dumps and extracting useful information in it such as equipment types used in customer’s network.
• Provide technical support for Mobinets engineers while on-site and conduct remote demonstrations with the customer for ongoing projects.
• 2G/3G/4G routing using Ericsson, Huawei and Alcatel-Lucent equipment.
• Quality Assurance engineer for different modules: Microwave and Transport Manager (Capacity Management).
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system (Jira/Bugzilla) and report defects to software developer and follow-up fixing till closure.
• Develop/Execute test cases and scenarios to ensure the auto-import process is working properly.
• Prepare Database catalog (Initial Data Loading) for multiple operator networks as:
o Vodacom South Africa: Prepare MW Data
o Alfa Lebanon:
 Prepare MW data with all needed Equipment RAF file and Antennas.
 Equipment Hardware modelling.
 Supporting the customer with open tickets or change requests till delivery.
o Touch Lebanon: Database preparation
o Meditel Morocco:

• Conduct daily testing for new features.
• Documentation: Document software defects, Document test procedures to ensure compliance with standards, user acceptance tests (UAT), user guides and functional requirements/specifications.
• Conduct training for junior and senior staff on multiple features in the tool.
