Supervising and monitoring of inbound shipments “Quality and Quantity” according to the company process
Ensure safe, proper and space efficient storage for all items
Monthly reporting on inventory specially with expiry date items
Play an active participating role in the setup and definition of SCM workflow and date migration to be implemented in the new SAGE X3 ERP System setup project for the company
Supervision and control of customer returns by the central Warehouse and sales branches
Initiation and physical participation in physical inventory counting for all Warehouses and branches
Audit, control and approve all stock transactions where necessary
Ensure stock accuracy level in the ERP system
Control of samples and demo stock tracking
Control of slow moving items
Participate in demand forecasting with sales
Manage inventory physical stock counts (planned and random count)
Establish clear process for control and management of operation and raw materials
Manage and control disposal of scrapped spare parts
