a) Supervise the day to day operations in the area of camp management.
b) Prepare and transmit weekly and monthly occupancy reports.
c) Ensure that the accommodation/ facilities are clean up to the standard of the United Nations.
d) To ensure that the accommodations/UN premises are well maintained and cleaned.
e) To co-ordinate with supply and make sure that the provisions of accommodation like furniture are timely delivered.
f) To co-ordinate with Engineering for all necessary maintenance and repair work in the compound area and JSR accommodation.
g) To ensure that the movement of UNOE/COE from UNAMID accommodation area are recorded.
h) To ensure that all check in/out of the accommodation& Hotel, cash receipts of non-UNAMID staff, as well as monthly occupancy report are properly recorded and kept in place.
i) Keeping of documentation that will explain the procedure and policy in accordance with UNAMID regulations as to how the Facilities Management Section functions. The documentation bothers the eyes of our understanding and to ensure the general cleanness and the upkeep of the facilities.
j) To ensure that the accommodations are provided with safe/potable drinking water.
k) To ensure that fumigation day done in the compound
l) Ensure that KLO electricity bill payment process done on time
m) Performing other tasks assigned to me by my supervisors.
