Bukhatir Group, Beam, I.S.C.S, Sharjah, one of the leading companies in the field of education in UAE. With over 3000 students, large function facilities, 8 food and beverage outlets including production line from A to Z, we serve more than 30 items of hot meals, pastries and cakes daily. My daily routines are as follows:
• Constructive application and implementation of the commercial business plan and group strategies.
• Daily briefing, allocating daily targets, sharing successes and discussing daily plans with the outlet managers, ensuring the profitability of the business.
• Monitoring the sale report, profitability and food and beverage inventory.
• Financial analysis, preparation of the annual budget and business plan of the department.
• Establishing the central Kitchen for Head Office & Associated companies within the Bukhatir Group.
• Organising Bukhatir group events.
• Finalising deals with suppliers who are proven to have the best quality at reasonable prices.
• Devise operational systems.
• Set Menus, recipes and costs of items.
• Managing quality and cost control.
• Develop, implement and improve all processes and procedures to continuously ensure the high standards, effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
• Development of Food & Beverage menus, point of sale systems, service procedures and standards of operation development, assessment and revision.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate my team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
