Job Description: Handling all departmental Incoming & Outgoing documents, transmittals to be logged, distributed to all departmental members for their review & action.
Keep all Incoming & Outgoing documents, transmittals In both hard & electronic format, keep filing up-to-date properly labelled & registerd for easy retrievel & archiving.
Processing & dispatching for payment of invoices & variation orders to Finance department as well as maintaining records of the same.

Job Description: Coordinating & Managing all flights bookings & hotel accommodation & managing all requests movement of personal for business travel that is requested & should be handled as per the company laid out travel policy & pro ceders.
Prepare monthly Company Mobile bills this should be handled as per the company laid out mobile policy & procedures.
Supervise the mail room staff & liaise with Courier companies on services offered.
Preparing & submitting the monthly Travel, Courier/Express mail & mobiles reports.
Maintain files relating to Travel, Courier/Express mail & mobiles according to standard procedures in both hard & soft copies, keep filing up-to-date properly labelled & registered for easy retrieval & archiving.
Assist in negotiating corporate rates with travel agents, hotels & Courier/Express as & when required by the senior Manager of corporate Service.
Processing & dispatching for payment of invoices to Finance department as well as maintaining records of the same, the related functions are made on a timely basis.
