Duties:
- Oversee the whole recruitment cycle for Syria, turkey and Jordan Office.
- Provide Training, Capacity Building and technical support to the recruitment team.
- Working closely with the HR Units (L&D, C&B, HR Business Partners)
- Leading Recruitment Skills Trainings for Hiring Manager and Technical interviewer.
- Develop and enhancing IRC’s global Applicant Tracking System (Cornerstone)
- Supporting the implementation, developing, Testing, Piloting, Launching and Train the staff on IRC’s ATS and the Employees Directory for nationals.
- Developing and designing analytical Recruitment Reporting Tools.
- Responding to recruitment requests according to IRC’s global HR recruitment policies.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment metrics as required.
- Creating SOPs and Support implementation of IRC’s Global HR Operating Policies and Procedures on recruitment and ensure all recruitment activities are carried-out in adherence to these standards; study and become versed in any local labor laws impacting recruitment.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with key global stakeholders internally and externally including country program HR staff and recruiters, Regional HR team, Partners, universities, peer agencies, and private sector.
- Utilize regional and international job boards, oversee social media initiatives and apply innovative sourcing methods to support recruiting objectives.
• Worked as a freelance Recruitment Consultant as I established the recruitment strategy for Beverly hills clinics UAE, and worked with other organizations and companies.
- Design and developing recruitment Tools, Policy and handbook.
- Make sure the recruitment policies and procedures are aligning with the company policies.
Duties:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (National & International).
• contracts management.
• Monitoring performance evaluations.
• Supervising a team of 3 to 6 recruiters.
• Provide training and capacity building for HR and Recruitment staff.
• Assisting the HR Lead.
• Conducting exit interviews.
• Job Design and Job Description writing.
• Compliance Review for the Recruitment and HR Activities
• Make sure all the HR Activities are Aligned with DAEWOO’s Global Policies.
• Develop and Improve tools and procedures.
